He has worked with Fortune 125 companies and high-growth brands across diverse sectors, focusing on people enablement and operational excellence.As Head of People and Culture at Wieden + Kennedy, Jason led a team supporting over 550 employees and managed a $21M budget, driving improvements in employee engagement, retention, and diversity. He holds a Master’s in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and is pursuing his Global Professional Human Resources certification.Jason is also dedicated to community service, serving as a member emeritus on the State Board of Directors for Communities in Schools of Washington.
