Maggie Reilly

Maggie has spent her entire career in community economic development and has apassion for creating just, equitable communities. Her company, EMBR Solutions, providesconsulting services ranging from underwriting and financial analysis to strategic planningand operational support. Previously, Maggie spent her career working at non-profitCommunity Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), most recently at the regional loanfund Craft3, where she focused on investing into projects that built community wealth, andenvironmental and economic resilience. Prior to Craft3, Maggie was the director of CASACommunity Loan Fund, a CDFI focused on rural aNordable housing across Oregon, havingpreviously acted as director of their Family Economic Opportunity Programs. Herexperience also includes overseeing programming at two other CDFIs, MicroEnterpriseServices of Oregon and Mercy Corps NW. She has served on boards of the Oregon-basednon-profits Verde and Adelante Mujeres, and was a volunteer tax preparer for a decade theNative American Youth and Family Center.
