What does marketing with Launch cost?

It depends on scope. A focused brand-strategy or marketing-plan engagement starts around $3,500. Monthly retainers typically run $2,500 to $12,000 depending on channel mix, paid-ad spend, and content volume. Fractional CMO support starts at $5,000 per month. We give a fixed-fee quote after a free 30-minute discovery call, and all retainers are month-to-month with no annual lock-in.

Do you work on retainer or hourly?

Most clients are on a monthly retainer because marketing rewards consistency, not bursts. We do offer hourly work ($175 per hour) for one-off projects, audits, second opinions, and ad-account rescues, but anything ongoing moves to retainer once we know the scope. You always know what you're paying and what you're getting.

Will you work with brands or industries you don't personally love?

Yes, as long as the business is legal, honest, and treats its customers well. We've marketed for cannabis operators, financial services, B2B SaaS, restaurants, nonprofits, and dozens of other categories. We pass on anything predatory, deceptive, or that would put our team in a tough ethical spot, but personal taste isn't the bar.

Do you offer fractional CMO support?

Yes. For founders who need senior marketing leadership but not a full-time CMO salary, we embed a marketing strategist into your leadership team, own the marketing roadmap, run quarterly planning, manage agency and freelancer relationships, and report directly to the CEO or board. Typical fractional CMO engagements run 8 to 20 hours a week.

How do you measure ROI?

We tie marketing activity to revenue wherever the data allows it: GA4 conversion tracking, CRM deal attribution, UTM hygiene, server-side tracking for paid channels, and post-purchase surveys for ecommerce. For service businesses where the buying cycle is long, we measure pipeline created and qualified-lead cost. We report on revenue and pipeline, not just clicks.

Do you manage our in-house marketing team or replace them?

Either, depending on the engagement. Some clients have a coordinator or junior marketer who needs senior strategy and execution support, so we plug in and elevate the team.
