Employee Benefits
Health Insurance Reimbursement
Up to $300/month pre-tax reimbursement toward individual health insurance premiums via ICHRA. Part-time, seasonal, and temp employees are not eligible.
Paid Holidays & Birthday Day
9 paid holidays plus a paid personal birthday day for full-time employees. Part-time employees are not eligible for paid holidays.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Generous PTO accrual for all employees beginning after 90 days. Unused PTO carries over up to 120 hours and is paid out upon termination.
401(k) Retirement Plan
100% match on first 3%, then 50% on the next 2% with Guideline 401(k). Available to all employees 18+ after a 90-day waiting period.
Bereavement Leave
Up to 3 weeks of leave for loss of immediate family. Full-time employees receive 24 paid hours; part-time employees receive 16 paid hours. All employees also receive up to 3 days for loss of a companion animal (8 hours paid).
Paid Family & Medical Leave
Washington State PFML coverage for birth, adoption, serious health conditions, and military events. Available to all WA employees who meet the 820-hour threshold.
Telehealth & Wellness
Free access to Doctegrity telehealth, 24/7 counseling, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and discounts on labs & pharmacy. Available to all employees starting day one.
Professional Development
Training budgets, certifications, and educational support considered for all employees on a case-by-case basis.

Charitable Giving Match
Company matches donations to eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofits dollar-for-dollar, up to $1,000/year. Open to all active employees.
